A model has found herself between a rock and a hard place.
Ava Louise, 24, from New Jersey, claimed she got a nose job because she “couldn’t breath” — but was left breathless when the plastic surgeon pulled a cocaine rock out of her nose.
If only her mother weren’t also in the room. Louise, who goes by @realavalouise on TikTok, posted a video telling her followers about the ordeal, which has since garnered over 7 million views.
“When I told my mom I was having breathing issues and my septum must be deviated & the only cure was a nose job then my plastic surgeon scared a giant rock of [snow] out my nostril right in front of her and said ‘bet you can breathe now hunny,’” she captioned in text, over a clip in which she models her surgically enhanced nose.
Lousie, who has wanted a nose job since she was 17, said she “manipulated” her mother into paying for the surgery.
“I had the money to pay for it myself but I wanted it for free. I managed to manipulate her into paying for it. I’ve been wanting one since I was 17,” Lousie told Jam Press.
The self-proclaimed “Jersey trash” dramatized her condition, claiming she knew if her mother heard her “wheeze” it would “scare her” into buying the cosmetic procedure.
After the surgery, the doctors showed both her and her mother the rock.
“I’m pretty sure the doctor thought it was just a booger, but my mom knew immediately,” said Louise. She recalled her mom was “upset,” but the model just cracked up.
“Everyone I know thought it was absolutely hysterical. My friends and I were total degenerates in college so this was a great story for us,” said Lousie.
The Coronavirus pandemic was a bit of a bumpy road for Lousie after she fell for a drug dealer and got hooked on cocaine.
“My ex-boyfriend used to be a dealer so I had an unlimited supply,” she said. Lousie has since left the problematic prince and his class-A drugs behind her, and has vowed to never reach for the booger sugar again.
“I don’t do drugs anymore as I don’t want to mess up my new nose. It’s more vulnerable now since it’s been operated on, I have to be careful,” she said.
Lousie’s TikTok followers were divided over the model’s antics.
“Haha it’s all fun and games until you get a septal perforation,” said one of her fans.
“I would’ve been like ‘oops I forgot that was in there I’ll just take that back’,” joked another.
But some accused the model of having cracks in her story.
“No way this actually happened lmao, if it was real coke it would dissolve,” claimed another user.
Someone else agreed: “Bruh it would’ve dissolved by then.”
