‘Dance’ Judge Skips Best Friend’s Wedding Igniting Rumors of a Major Fall Out

A “Dancing With the Stars” alum and “So You Think You Can Dance” judge was not in attendance at her longtime best friend’s wedding over the weekend, leading some to wonder whether the two had a feud.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck celebrate their love after their second week of marriage in Las Vegas. According to People magazine, the couple hosted their family and friends — including several celebrity collaborators — at Affleck’s estate on Hampton Island.

And while many people are focusing on who was present at the three-day event, there were others who were outright absent. For starters, Casey Affleck, Affleck’s only brother, didn’t travel to Georgia. Also, Lopez’s longtime best friend Leah Remini was not in attendance.

According to TMZ, Remini was actually invited to the wedding, but she opted to stay home to spend time with her daughter, Sofia, who is soon going to college.

Some are wondering if Lopez and Remini had a fall out?

Lopez and Remini’s friendship spans decades and the two have been tied at the hip for years. The fact that Remini left Lopez’s marriage left many feeling the worst.

“I’m deeply concerned that JLo and Leah Remini have broken up. Leah appears to be missing both JLo/Ben’s weddings,” said author and People magazine correspondent Dave Quinn tweeted On 20 August 2022.

“Maybe Ben wasn’t happy when Leah posted that photo of him and JLo from Leah’s birthday party last July, effectively making their rekindled romance Instagram official?” he wondered.

In a later tweet, Quinn recalled the friendship. “I just love them so much,” she wroteHave been sharing some pictures of Lopez and Remini together over the years.

“If you need me, I’ll get excited about it and watch the second act,” read another tweet of his.

While some fans agreed with Davis that Remini’s absence could mean that she and Lopez are no longer friends, others refused to believe it.

“They’ve been friends for too long to find out,” one person said,

“Don’t put anything like that in there!!! It would be disastrous,” another pair,

Luckily, a TMZ source said that Remini and Lopez are still close.

Casey was seen at Starbucks in Los Angeles while getting married

Remini wasn’t the only guest who left fans questioning. Many were surprised that Ben’s brother, Casey, was not in Georgia to support the newlyweds.

Interestingly, over the weekend Page Six caught up with Casey outside a Starbucks in Los Angeles and wasn’t too concerned about the wedding. When asked why he wasn’t there, he said he had “other things,” which meant he was too busy to attend.

Meanwhile, a source told People magazine that Casey was forced to leave the marriage “due to family, parental obligations at home.”

However, unlike Remini, Casey posted congratulatory messages on Instagram to his brother and his new wife.

“Good things are worth waiting for. Here’s to finding twists and turns, new beginnings, and new reservoirs of old love. Welcome to the family. Get ready for some real procrastination! Joke. I was joking. Jane, You are a gem. We love you so much!!!” Casey wrote.
