A woman who has spent over $100,000 to look like a “real-life Barbie princess” has revealed how it has changed her life for the better.
Jazmyn Forrest was just 18 when she went under the knife for the first time for a breast augmentation, which she had done again last year while on holiday in Los Angeles.
The now 25-year-old has since had a multitude of different plastic surgeries and cosmetic procedures to transform herself into the woman she is today.
But the Gold Coast local is not done altering her looks and has a long list of “dream surgeries” she hopes to undergo in the future.
Jazmyn believes she would not have been able to get ahead in life without changing her appearance and says people treat her far better now that she is “hot.”
“I was a teenager when I first thought about having plastic surgery,” she told news.com.au.
“I saw girls with fake boobs and noticed how the pretty women got treated so much better. I knew from then I had to invest in my body.
“With each surgery, I really do get treated better by both men and women, while my confidence also skyrockets.
“I see my body twice a day before I shower, and I see my face twice a day when I brush my teeth, so it really helps my self-esteem.
“It so worth investing in your body and face, as that is what the world sees.
“I wouldn’t have gotten where I am today without my looks. From dating to friends, people give you a chance when you are hot.”
After having her first boob job, Jazmyn also got lip fillers at the age of 18, and has had a total of 6ml injected into her lips over the years.
She has also had filler in her cheeks, nasolabial folds, chin, jaw and temples, along with regular botox injections.
Jazmyn has had vaser liposuction to her stomach, arms, inner thighs, upper and lower back, chin and face, in addition to a second breast augmentation at the age of 24.
Most recently, she traveled to Seoul, South Korea, to undergo more plastic surgery – this time a rhinoplasty and a forehead reduction.
“I had wanted those procedures since I was a teen,” she said.
“The rhinoplasty has made my nose smaller, more upturned with a less pronounced nose bridge, and the forehead reduction has made my forehead smaller.
“I went to South Korea as I’ve always wanted to go there. I loved it, it was so different to Australia.
“They also have specialist surgeons and are light-years ahead of a lot of the world in regards to beauty and all those things.”
Jazmyn has shown off her transformation on social media and often receives an influx of comments when she talks about the surgeries and procedures she has had.
While she does get many people complimenting her and praising her for being so open and honest about her journey, there are a few that have told her it is “too much” or insult her looks.
However, Jazmyn says she does not care what others think and says her main priority is feeling confident in herself when she looks in the mirror.
“People always say “you look amazing, you don’t need anything done” after I’ve had so much done,” she reveals.
“I say it is never too much. While I’m young, I want to have fun with my body and face.
“But people hate no matter what, I think it stems from a lack of knowledge they have.
“I don’t care what other people think. I do this all for me, I see myself more than anyone else.
“We should be able to do whatever we like to our bodies. I still think being a nice person is always the main thing though.
“But it’s so much better being nice and hot at the same time.”
