Hell hath no fury like Bills Mafia scorned.
Rachel Bush, the wife of Bills safety Jordan Poyer, roasted the officiating in Sunday’s 37-34 overtime loss to the Eagles, posting a series of messages on social media during the game.
“I haven’t said a word about the refs all year but that loss of a TD is on them. This game will 100% be on them if it comes down to that,” Bush wrote in an Instagram Story.
“When are we going to start holding them accountable and calling this out!? Enough give me a break, if you’re watching this game it’s more than clear.”
Bush highlighted one call late in the second quarter, when Bills quarterback Josh Allen was flagged for intentional grounding despite Eagles linebacker Haason Reddick appearing to grab Allen at the front of his jersey, with the broadcast even speculating if it was a horse-collar tackle.
“Josh Allen’s jersey is completely torn. Not sure how it’s not horse collar. The ref had a perfect view too lmao. Insane,” an X user posted, which Bush shared on her Instagram Story.
“But it’s intentional grounding now!! Gtfoh!!” she added in her post.
Bush also reshared messages from other users on X, including one post that featured Eagle head coach Nick Sirriani conversing with the officials.
“Listen Nick we’re doing all we can. The score would be worse if we weren’t,” the post read.
Bush also added a message from former Eagles linebacker Emmanuel Acho to her page, which stated, “I love the @Eagles, they elongated my NFL career, but has any call gone against them today!?”
Philadelphia improved 10-1 with the win while Buffalo dropped to 6-6.
“We didn’t make enough [plays]. We didn’t do enough or make enough plays and do enough on the coaching end,” Bills head coach Sean McDermott said postgame, per NFL.com.
“At the end of the day, there is a tough group of guys in that locker room. A tough group of coaches. We are a good football team and just came out on the short end here.”
The Bills, who fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey earlier this month, are now the 10th seed in the AFC playoff race.
They’ll next travel to Kansas City on Dec. 10 to face the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs (8-3).
