It’s “Live” with the lovebirds.
Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos celebrated their 27-year wedding anniversary with sweet posts of each other on Instagram this week amid criticism that their daytime talk show has become a lovefest.
In Ripa’s post, she shared an adorable video featuring various pictures of her and her husband throughout the years.
“27 years … in 27 seconds!” the talk show host captioned the video.
“Happy Anniversary to my beloved @Instasuelos. #TimeFlies.”
She also included some snaps of memories with their three children: Michael, 25, Lola, 21, and Joaquin, 20.
The couple, who met on the set of the soap series “All My Children” in 1995, eloped in Las Vegas less than a year later.
On his page, Ripa’s husband posted a still snapshot of them locking lips.
“Happy Anniversary to my fave @kellyripa ..27 years!!!!!” Consuelos wrote.
And it seems like their love has only gotten stronger throughout the years. During a 2019 interview, Consuelos shared the “key” to their long marriage.
“I’m crazy about my wife,” Consuelos told Fox News at the time. “We both come from families, our parents are still together — family is super important to us. We have three great kids, and that also bonds you, having that experience together.
“She’s also really patient and really tolerant,” he added with a laugh. “I think that’s a big key to the success of our long [marriage]. We’ve been married forever!”
He also called Ripa his “best friend,” admitting that he was “super fortunate.”
And now, in addition to their long-lasting marriage, the two can also add something else to their list of accomplishments they’ve shared together: co-workers.
In February, it was announced that Consuelos would be taking over Ryan Seacrest’s co-hosting role on Ripa’s “Live” talk show. Their first episode together aired on April 17.
Ripa had been co-hosting the show with Seacrest for the past six years.
So far, the couple’s time together on the show has drawn mixed reactions, with some viewers ripping them for sharing too many details about their life in the bedroom.
They also faced some heat for prerecording a handful of episodes — something that was not a new phenomenon on the show.
But they revealed to People magazine earlier this month that they’re not afraid to get real when it comes to having conversations on the daytime production.
“We’re not afraid to go there,” Ripa told the outlet.
“We have the confidence in our marriage that no matter what we discuss, I don’t mind being the villain in the argument, nor does Mark. Neither one of us needs to be the hero.”
