Tom Brady running shirtless has the internet in a chokehold.
The retired quarterback looked like he was in mid-season form while running outdoor sprints, as seen in a video posted to his Instagram Story Thursday.
“24 years later..,” the future Hall of Famer wrote — and tagged his company Nobull, which houses his health and nutrition brand TB12 and apparel business BRADY.
“No excuses. Show up for yourself so you can show up all the damn day!” Brady wrote, adding a few stop watch emojis.
Brady, 46, played 23 NFL seasons and won seven Super Bowl titles before he hung up his jersey for good after the 2022 season.
He announced his retirement in a social media video on Feb. 1, 2023.
Brady has made it clear that he will not come out of retirement again — he retired after the 2021 season only to return to the Buccaneers 40 days later — on a number of occasions.
The five-time Super Bowl MVP had fans buzzing over recent comments he made about another potential return to the NFL.
“I’m not opposed to it,” Brady said when asked if he’d consider joining a team for a playoff push if they had a quarterback emergency.
Brady signed a 10-year deal worth $375 million with Fox Sports to serve as the network’s lead color commentator beginning this season.
He also is currently awaiting approval to become part owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.
The father of three is part owner of the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces as well.
Brady and his ex-wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, share two kids: daughter Vivian, 11, and 14-year-old son Ben.
He shares his 16-year-old son Jack with his ex, actress Bridget Moynahan.
Brady and Bündchen, 43, were married for 13 years before they split, announcing in October 2022 that they finalized their divorce.
