Allison Kuch has been in this position before.
Taking to TikTok on Tuesday — which is widely regarded as “NFL cut day” as teams trim their active rosters down to 53 players — the influencer revealed her husband, defensive end Isaac Rochell, had been released by the Raiders, and detailed the realities of the situation, which they “are not new to.”
“My husband was just released from the Las Vegas Raiders. This is my husband’s seventh season in the NFL, so we are not new to this process,” Kuch said.

Kuch, who is expecting her first child with Rochell, added: “The only thing that really makes this more difficult is that I’m currently pregnant and our daughter will be arriving in December, which is the end of football season.”
Rochell’s passion for the game, though, “outweighs the uncertainty” ahead.
“At the end of the day, my husband is choosing to play in the NFL. His love for the game of football outweighs the uncertainty and sacrifices that we have to make sometimes,” Kuch said.
The “Women of the League” personality then expressed how “proud” she is of Rochell, a former seventh-round pick out of Notre Dame in 2017.
“I want to take a moment and say how proud I am of my husband because he only played one preseason game and he f–king killed it,” Kuch said of Rochell, with whom she’s been married since 2020.
“This NFL camp has been pretty hard for me just emotionally with growing our daughter, going to ultrasounds alone, but somehow this man has found a way to make both football and me a priority. This man has given 100 percent in both categories.”
Kuch then elaborated that “there are a lot of different scenarios that could happen over the next 24 hours,” including the possibility that Rochell, 28, could be added to an active roster or practice squad.
“Every opportunity he’s given, he f–king kills it, so I’m not really worried about Isaac,” she said.
“At the end of the day, I just wanna know where I’m gonna give birth, like, that’s my main concern right now.”
Rochell spent the latter part of the 2022 NFL season in Las Vegas and re- signed with the Raiders in July.
He opened up about the free agency process in a May interview with The Post, explaining: “It’s really just figuring out what’s the best opportunity.
“My focus is just take advantage of the time that I have now, both in my training and everything that Ally and I are doing, and then, when I get that call, and the opportunity presents itself then it’s like, you can’t look back, right? You just go and roll with it.”
The 2023 NFL season kicks off Sept. 7 when the Kansas City Chiefs begin their Super Bowl defense at home against the Detroit Lions.
