Courteney Cox has been photographed for the first time since her “Friends” co-star Matthew Perry’s death.

The “Scream” star, 59, was spotted with her longtime boyfriend, Johnny McDaid, leaving Nobu Malibu in California on Monday night.

The actress appeared downcast as she got into her vehicle after the night out with pals.

She and the rest of the cast of the beloved NBC sitcom released a joint statement about Perry’s death just hours earlier.

“We are all so utterly devastated by the loss of Matthew. We were more than just cast mates. We are a family,” read their statement, obtained by People. “There is so much to say, but right now we’re going to take a moment to grieve and process this unfathomable loss.”

“In time we will say more, as and when we are able,” the statement continued. “For now, our thoughts and our love are with Matty’s family, his friends, and everyone who loved him around the world.”

On Wednesday, law enforcement sources told TMZ that investigators ran a less-in-depth test on the actor that revealed he did not have fentanyl or meth in his system at the time of his death.

More in-depth tests are currently being conducted as part of the toxicology, which can take months. His cause of death is currently listed as “deferred.”
