Jimmy Kimmel went after Aaron Rodgers’ intelligence.
And Jemele Hill followed suit.
Hill, a former ESPN personality, ripped Rodgers on CNN following the quarterback’s rant session on Tuesday’s edition of the “The Pat McAfee Show.”
“What really is annoying is that he’s on a weekly, mainstream media platform complaining about the mainstream media censoring him,” Hill said. “Sir, you are not silenced, it’s just that people think a lot of the things that come out of your mouth are stupid.”
Hill previously touched on the Rodgers-Kimmel feud last week when she said ESPN “is going to have to rein this in” since it’s an in-house controversy.
Rodgers said last week that Kimmel is hoping he’s not on the client list of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, and Kimmel threatened potential legal action in a tweet.
Kimmel then ripped Rodgers in his monologue Monday, and Rodgers did not apologize Tuesday.
The Jets quarterback then went on a lengthy – and we mean very lengthy – defense of his COVID views, which he believes are why he’s under constant attack.
“This is the game plan of the media,” Rodgers said. “They try and cancel.’’
Hill could not fathom how Rodgers believes he’s being silenced while being given a platform each week by McAfee, who never challenges Rodgers on his beliefs.
“Aaron Rodgers complaining about cancel culture and mainstream media while being platformed every week on a mainstream sports network is the most Aaron Rodgers thing ever,” Hill tweeted.
Hill also referenced her canceled ESPN show that was deemed too political.
“The Pat McAfee show with Aaron Rodgers is what conservatives thought the SC6 was 😂,” she tweeted Tuesday.
Hill made it clear she’s not a fan of the Rodgers segments with McAfee that basically turn into Rodgers opining on everything and anything as if it’s fact.
“Every week, when you see Aaron Rodgers on “(The) Pat McAfee Show,” it’s like you’re watching Newsmax,” Hill told CNN.
