Olivia Culpo said she traveled to Las Vegas to spend two hours with her fiancé, Christian McCaffrey, when the 49ers running back was named AP Offensive Player of the Year at the NFL Honors on Thursday.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Culpo shared backstage photos at Resorts World Theatre and gushed over the All-Pro running back, who is preparing to face the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 2024 on Sunday, Feb. 11.

“So many reasons to celebrate you,” Culpo wrote over a clip she took of McCaffrey on the stage, accepting his award. “Proud fiancée over here.”

The former Miss Universe 2012 added, “No one more deserving than you.”

Culpo sat on McCaffrey’s lap in one photo, which was captioned, “Total of 2 hours together but I’ll take what I can get.”

Culpo, a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, looked stunning in a black and white gown by Victoria Beckham, while McCaffrey looked dapper in a black Dior suit.

The influencer also posted a photo with McCaffrey’s parents, former 49ers receiver Ed McCaffrey and his wife, Lisa McCaffrey.

The younger McCaffrey thanked Culpo and his family in his acceptance speech.

“I want to thank my family, fiancée you guys know how much I love you,” he said. “Your support means absolutely everything to me.

“All the services that you make for me, it’s not easy and it doesn’t go unseen and I’m not up here without you guys.”

Christian and Ed have an opportunity to make history this year, as they would be just the second father-son duo in NFL history to win a Super Bowl with the same franchise, according to ESPN.

The 49ers star running back took home the award for AP Offensive Player of the Year after Culpo tried to purchase a suite for Sunday’s big game at Allegiant Stadium.

Culpo shared her plan after Lisa said on her “Your Mom” podcast last week that her family, including the model, couldn’t afford a suite at Super Bowl 2024 because they are so expensive.

Suites for the 58th Super Bowl range in price from $800,000 to $2,000,000 according to TickPick, an online marketplace for event tickets.

McCaffrey later said he put a stop to Culpo’s plan because “I will not let anybody pay to watch me play.”

There is heightened attention around Super Bowl 2024 due in part to the Taylor Swift effect amid the singer’s whirlwind romance with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Swift is expected to attend the big game despite having a concert in Tokyo the night before.
