Exclusive | Chris Broussard leaving Fox Sports Radio after eight years

The end of an era is coming at Fox Sports Radio.

Chris Broussard is leaving the network in the coming weeks, The Post has learned.

Broussard is the co-host of “The Odd Couple” along with Rob Parker nightly from 7-10 p.m. ET, and they have been hosting the show together since 2016.

It is unknown at this time who will replace Broussard.

Other shows on Fox Sports Radio, a division of iHeart, include the “Dan Patrick Show,” “The Herd with Colin Cowherd” and “The Doug Gottlieb Show.”

A Fox Sports Radio executive and Broussard both declined to comment.

Broussard previously covered the NBA for ESPN, and, prior to that, the New York Times.

For the time being, Broussard plans to focus on his TV job at “First Things First” on FS1, sources said.

At the time he joined “The Odd Couple,” Broussard was a regular contributor to FS1 but was not a permanent fixture on any of the shows.

That changed when he joined “First Things First” with Nick Wright and Kevin Wildes in 2021.

The show has succeeded with fun chemistry, and Wright explained the yin-yang relationship he has with Broussard in an interview with The Post this past April.

“I think we have just in common on the really important stuff — like deep investment to our families, loyalty to friends — and just enough difference to make it where we work interestingly together,” Wright said.

“Brou has never once, in the years I’ve worked with him, come to work in a bad mood. I’ve never seen anything like it. Best I can tell, he’s never had a bad day. That can be a difficult disposition in our field, where there’s a lot of ego.”
