Actor John Amos’ cause of death has been revealed.
The star died of congestive heart failure, according to his death certificate, which was obtained by TMZ.
The “Good Times” actor died on Aug. 21. He was 84.
Amos was cremated over a month ago, the outlet reported on Wednesday.
Per the death certificate, which was issued by LA County, Amos died at 5:18 PM on Aug. 21 at Inglewood Hospital.
The document also does not list Amos as having any other major medical conditions outside of his heart failure.
