Gisele Bündchen tells fans ‘nothing is permanent’ after Tom Brady divorce

Gisele Bündchen shared an emotional message on Instagram on Sunday, writing in part, “nothing is permanent,” nearly a month after she opened up about her split with Tom Brady for the first time.

The Brazilian supermodel — who finalized her divorce from the retired NFL quarterback in October 2022 — posted a video of her on a bike ride outdoors.

“We all have our fair shares of trials,” Bündchen wrote. “Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow.

“Nothing is permanent,” the 42-year-old continued. “So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!”

That came after Bündchen shared a separate message last week, writing on Instagram:

“The same storm that knocks down the leaves, also makes the seeds sprout.”

The mother of two — who shares kids Benjamin, 13 and Vivian, 10, with her ex — included a photo of her smelling flowers.

Bündchen’s posts come a few weeks after Brady shared a cryptic quote on his Instagram Story about “enduring the betrayal of false friends.”

That came the day after Bündchen discussed their divorce — and denied rumors that she was linked to Brady’s good friend, billionaire businessman Jeff Soffer, in a cover interview with “Vanity Fair.”

Bündchen, who was interviewed from Costa Rica, recalled the couple drifting apart prior to Brady’s decision to come out of retirement last March.

The former Victoria’s Secret model also said the allegations that she gave Brady an ultimatum — retire or break up — were “very hurtful” and “the craziest thing I’ve ever heard.”

The seven-time Super Bowl winner retired “for good” on Feb. 1, 2023.

Brady, who was married to Bündchen for 13 years, has yet to directly address his ex-wife’s cover story for the April 2023 issue of Vanity Fair.

The future Hall of Fame quarterback is “dating around” several months after confirming his split with Bündchen, according to Page Six.

Bündchen sparked romance rumors with her son’s martial arts instructor, Joaquim Valente, when they were photographed several times together.

However, the outlet reported that the two are just friends.
