Justin Timberlake has been arrested for driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons, a court official said.
The “SexyBack” singer, 43, was pulled over in Sag Harbor and taken into custody Monday night, a law enforcement source told ABC News.
A Sag Harbor Justice Court official confirmed to Newsday that the charges Timberlake faces are DWI-related.
Timberlake is expected to appear in court for arraignment Tuesday.
The former NSYNC member, often times referred to as the “Prince of Pop,” has been on his The Forget Tomorrow World Tour since April — and has concert dates scheduled for next week in the Big Apple.
The crooner is slated to take the stage at Madison Square Garden next Tuesday and Wednesday.
He also has shows scheduled for Friday and Saturday at Chicago’s United Center.
