Tom Brady found a way to make waves at Super Bowl 2024 in Las Vegas.
The retired quarterback appeared in Dunkin’s Super Bowl commercial, which featured a roster of stars including actor and Dunkin ambassador Ben Affleck, singer Jennifer Lopez, actor Matt Damon and rappers Fat Joe and Jack Harlow.
In the one-minute spot, Affleck formed a boy band, “The DunKings” with fellow Boston native Damon and New England Patriots legend Brady in an attempt to become a pop star, and show Lopez that he can keep up with her.
“She came to my work, now I gotta show her what I can do,” Affleck told Harlow in a car while the rapper tried to tell him it wasn’t a good idea.
Affleck then crashed Lopez’s recording session and debuted The DunKings, featuring “Touchdown Tommy” on the keyboard and his “partner” Damon.
Lopez looked mortified after Affleck’s performance, during which he referred to the group as “the Boston massacre” in neon orange and pink windbreak tracksuits.
“We talked about this,” Lopez said before Brady asked, “Are we going to be on the album?”
When Affleck and Co. left the studio, Lopez invited Brady to stay back.
Brady also appeared in another Super Bowl ad for BetMGM alongside actor Vince Vaughn.
He even dressed up like a cowboy to ask if he can use the BetMGM app if he’s “Tim Birdie” since Tom Brady had won enough in life.
Brady managed to make a splash for Super Bowl 2024 with no ties to the game.
During his 23-year career, Brady won seven Super Bowls and appeared in the big game a record 10 times.
He will make his debut as the lead NFL analyst at Fox in the 2024 season.
CBS is the home of Super Bowl 2024.
