Third time’s a charm! Wynonna Judd’s daughter was arrested again — and this time, for allegedly stealing a Charlottesville church’s van, The Post has confirmed.

Grace Kelley, 28, was taken into custody in Albemarle County, Va., on Sunday, Oct. 27 and faces seven charges — including three counts of felony grand larceny, driving without a license, destruction of property with intent, failure to use headlights and setting in motion a vehicle with intent to commit a crime, per the Albermarle County Police Department.

The police spokesperson told The Post that Kelley is still in lockup at the Albemarle-Charlottesville Regional Jail.

The Daily Progress was the first to report that Judd’s daughter was arrested after allegedly stealing Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene church’s van. The church later confirmed the news on a GoFundMe page.

“Our green church van and trailer were stolen from in front of our pastor’s home by Grace Pauline Kelley. Grace is currently in police custody,” a churchgoer, who outlined the vehicle and trailer were taken on Oct. 27, stated on the fundraising page via a statement from Pastor Kent Hart.

The church has set the donation goal to $30k, stating the van was declared a write-off after the incident.

“The van was damaged during the theft and after being inspected by a body shop, the insurance has determined it to be a total loss. The van was only valued at $3,800 and after the body shop fees and deductible we are only left with around $2,200. We are a small church and cannot afford to buy another van in the current market,” Pastor Hart said.

His statement went on to explain how “crucial” the vehicle is to the ministry.

“We are currently meeting in rented locations. We hold two services in Charlottesville VA, One service is held at 10am in Jackson-Via Elementary School and the other service is held at 12:30pm in Crescent Halls. Our van is used to haul our church trailer that houses all of the equipment and cooking supplies needed for our Sunday services. It is also used to transport congregation members (youth and adults) to and from church on Sunday.”

Pastor Hart said he forgives Judd’s daughter.

“We want the community to know that on a personal level, we have forgiven Grace Kelley,” the statement read. “We have continued to pray for her reconciliation, rehabilitation and redemption every Sunday.”

Pastor Hart added, “We hold no animosity towards Grace and we hope and pray the best for her and her family.”

The Post has reached out to Wynonna’s rep for comment.

This marks Kelley’s third arrest this year.

In Aug., she was booked in Carroll County Jail in Georgia and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license and not using motorcycle equipment properly, according to People.

Grace was released the following day on $2,750 bond.

In April, she was arrested in Alabama on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations. Days later, she was hit with an additional charge of soliciting prostitution for allegedly exposing “her breasts and lower body” during the incident, which reportedly took place on a busy highway; however, that charge was dropped and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to public lewdness.

Kelley pleaded guilty to the remaining charges, per local news outlet WSFA.
