A smiling Tiger Woods laughed it up Monday with pal Rory McIlroy ahead of the 2023 Masters, weeks after news emerged of his breakup with longtime girlfriend Erica Herman.
The 47-year-old Woods was spotted on the green at Augusta National with McIlroy, 33, where they took in a practice round in front of a building crowd before Thursday’s opening round of the Masters.
Woods — who made his triumphant return to golf at last year’s Masters following a horrifying car accident in February 2021 — grinned as he chatted with McIlroy on the course.
The 15-time major champion has won five Masters tournaments, most recently in 2019, when he was joined by daughter Sam, 15, son Charlie, 14, and Herman, 39.
Woods was first linked to Herman in 2017, and the pair was most recently photographed at the U.S. Open tennis tournament last summer.
Last month, however, it was reported that Herman was taking Woods to court in hopes of nullifying a non-disclosure agreement the golfer allegedly made her sign early on in their relationship.
Herman claims the NDA should not be imposed in light of the Speak Out Act, which enables such agreements to be voided if there’s proof of sexual assault or harassment.
Woods slammed Herman as a “jilted ex-girlfriend” in response to her filing, according to documents obtained by The Post, which claim she has not previously alleged misconduct.
Herman filed a $30 million lawsuit against Woods’ trust in October, alleging the golf legend and his agents unlawfully locked her out of their shared Florida home.
They dated for almost six years.
