She’s dressing to impress.
Rich housewife Soudi may look like she’s living a perfect life, but the ideal-looking life she posts about on social media is not for everyone.
The British-born woman married her millionaire husband Jamal in 2020, after getting engaged in 2019. The couple reside in Dubai, where they live a life of luxury — although it does come with caveats.
“When I got married to my millionaire that’s from Dubai, there were a few non-negotiables when it came to marriage and after marriage,” Soudi explained in a video posted to her popular TikTok channel, adding some of the stipulations would send western couples “spiraling.”
Soudi then listed the dealbreakers in her marriage — the “first and biggest” being that the pair cannot have friends from the opposite sex.
The pair also have their “phone trackers” on permanently — meaning they can each see where the other is at any given time.
“This is mostly for safety purposes,” Soudi explained. “Plus, another benefit is that Jamal doesn’t have to call me 24/7 asking me where I am.”
Although Jamal is allowed another wife legally, as it’s permitted in the United Arab Emirates, he has to get Soudi’s permission first.
In one clip, Soudi shared how much her husband spends on her a week, including spending $3,500 on makeup and skincare spree at Sephora, $1.8 million on new cars and $1,500 on a night out.
The millionaire’s wife also explained she has to look perfect all the time — which obviously takes some work.
“I always have to make sure I look a certain way and act a certain way because you never know who’s around or who recognizes you,” she explained. “I always have to make sure I look 10/10.”
Soudi said another causality of being a millionaire’s wife, she’s had to get used to her husband not being around all the time.
“Being a millionaire’s wife, you just have to understand that he won’t always have time for you,” she explained.
Soudi also said the pressure to look perfect and have the newest and fanciest of everything is because she’s representing their family.
“If you don’t have the newest bag, you’re a nobody,” she explained. “I hate feeling left out from these kinds of things, so I have some of the best sales associates and personal shoppers to make sure I always … get the best of the best.”
Although having an endless cash flow may seem like the maknigs of a “perfect” life, as many of her followers agreed, not all of Soudi’s TikTok followers envied her luxurious life.
“This sounds like a nightmare,” one user remarked.
“Money can’t buy love or happiness,” added another.
