If you didn’t understand the hype of the Stanley tumbler before, prepare to have your mind blown.
Stanley tumblers are known for their durability, and a video that went viral on TikTok proved that to be right.
“Thirsty after you catch on fire? @Stanley 1913 is like no problem I gotchu,” she captioned the video
User @danimarielettering shared a video of the inside of her car that was on fire the day prior, and everything was visibly destroyed — except for her Stanley cup.
The cup was resting in the cupholder as if nothing happened and it was never touched.
“Everybody’s so concerned about if the Stanley spills, but what about if it melts?” she said in the video.
“Fire yesterday. Still has ice in it,” she added as she shook the cup so viewers could hear the ice inside.
Commenters couldn’t believe their eyes — and even suggested it would make them buy a Stanley.
“Now this is good marketing for Stanley,” one person wrote.
“Stanley, SPONSOR HER,” another said.
“Stanley better cut you a check after this advertisement,” someone commented.
“Never understood the Stanley hype until now so they better get you money for this free advertisement,” one said.
“Imma need Stanley to start making cars,” another quipped.
Stanley didn’t sponsor her — they did much more.
The president of Stanley responded in a stitch to the TikTok saying that not only would they send her some more Stanley tumblers, but they were also going to replace her car and get her a new one.
“We’ve never done this before, and we’ll probably never do this again,” president Terence Reilly quipped.
Reilly added that he’s glad she is OK and that it shows that Stanleys are “built for life.”
This response made people even more likely to get a Stanley.
“NGL love the honesty of ‘probably not gonna do this again’ and that alone might make me consider buying a Stanley,” one wrote.
“They responded, that’s freaking awesome. I’m gonna have to buy a Stanley now,” another said.
“Aaaaaaand going to buy my first Stanley – what a fantastic company,” someone responded.
