It’s Ryan Seacrest’s turn to spin the wheel.
The “American Idol” host celebrated his first day as the new host of “Wheel of Fortune” on Tuesday.
He posted a behind-the-scenes video of him arriving to the set of the game show.
“My hearts pounding I’m so excited,” he said to producers as they walked into the studio.
Once Seacrest saw the game show’s infamous prop, he said, “The wheel’s maybe smaller than you think… as am I.”
Seacrest enthusiastically spun the wheel and cheered when it landed on $700.
“You know, I could not sleep last, I was so excited,” he said. “I slept okay, but still very excited for the alarm to go off.”
Seacrest visited the Hall of Fame area, where he gushed over vintage footage of former host Pat Sajak and letter-turner Vanna White and a display featuring one of White’s old dresses and two Emmy trophies.
At the end of the video, Seacrest happily skipped away from the set while holding a notebook and a “Wheel of Fortune” bag.
“A glimpse of my first day at @wheeloffortune, and I’m still spinning with excitement!” he captioned the Instagram.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Seacrest shared multiple photos from his visit to the show’s set.
He held up a Wild Card standing next to the wheel in one of the snapshots.
Seacrest was announced as the new host of “Wheel of Fortune” in June 2023 after Sajak, 77, confirmed his retirement from the show.
Sajak hosted the beloved program for 43 years and 41 seasons.
“Well, the time has come,” Sajak wrote in his retirement announcement. “I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all. (If nothing else, it’ll keep the clickbait sites busy!).”
Seacrest said in a statement at the time that he was “truly humbled” to be taking over Sajak’s job.
“I can say, along with the rest of America, that it’s been a privilege and pure joy to watch Pat and Vanna on our television screens for an unprecedented 40 years, making us smile every night and feel right at home with them,” he added.
Viewers got their first look at Seacrest on the set in April when a 10-second clip aired, showing him walking near where the contestants stand, looking around in awe and saying, “Wow!”
After Sajak’s final episode aired June 7, Seacrest shared a sweet tribute to the TV icon.
“Pat, congratulations on an incredible run with ‘Wheel of Fortune!’ ” Seacrest wrote on Instagram. “Your dedication, charm, and wit have made the show a beloved part of American television for decades.”
He also called Sajak’s partnership with White, 67, “iconic” and said he “created countless wonderful memories for viewers.”
Seacrest will be joined by White on the new season of “Wheel of Fortune.” Last month, there were rumors that the two aren’t seeing eye-to-eye.
“She just doesn’t jibe with Ryan like she did with Pat, and no one really ever expected her to,” a source claimed about White to the Daily Mail. “There is just no way that she possibly could.”
However, an insider close to Seacrest told The Post, “There is absolutely no truth to this story. Ryan and Vanna have started working together and have been having a lovely time on set.”
White has since brushed off the feud allegations by sharing a photo of her and Seacrest out to dinner together earlier this month.
“Friends on and off camera,” she wrote in her caption.
Season 42 of “Wheel of Fortune” premieres in September.
