The flock is about to rock…again.

Geese just announced their 2026 ‘Getting Killed Again Tour’ that will send them to stadiums, auditoriums, theaters, parks, ballrooms, sheds and clubs all over North America from September through November.

That includes a stop at Queens’ Forest Hills Stadium on Friday, Oct. 2 for the New York City natives.

All shows will likely showcase the band’s 2025 album “Getting Killed,” which garnered rave reviews across the board from critics.

Pitchfork even went so far as to call the record “one of the best, strangest, and most compelling rock records of the year” last September.

Prior to the nationwide run, Cameron Winter’s beloved indie group is slated to headline 10 festivals in the U.S. and Canada this summer.

While making the rounds, they’ll drop into Flushing’s Governors Ball Music Festival on Sunday, June 7.

Other big names on this year’s Gov Ball bill include Lorde, Wet Leg, Blood Orange, The Dare, Dominic Fike and many, many more. In total, 61 artists are set to grace the Flushing Meadows Corona Park stages this June.

Based on our findings at Set List FM, the Gen Z icons typically perform 9-14 songs at their festival dates but dig a bit deeper for their headlining shows.

When they took the stage at NYC’s Brooklyn Paramount last November, they took 16 tracks to the stage each night. Notable tunes to make the cut include “Getting Killed” fan favorites “Husbands,” “Cobra” and “Trinidad” as well as “3D Country” classics “2122,” “Cowboy Nudes” and “Tomorrow’s Crusades.”

“With a ferocious, euphoric hometown set, Geese show(ed) that their moment has fully arrived,” Clash Music wrote in a a review of the packed gig.

“…[their] performance felt nothing short of transcendent, a reminder of the rare magic only live music can deliver.”

Tickets officially go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 1 at 10 am local time through Ticketmaster but are available now on trusted secondary market sites like StubHub and Vivid Seats.

We only recommend sites with a 100% buyer guarantee, so you know your transaction is safe and your tickets will arrive on time.

Geese new music

On Sept. 26, 2025, Geese released their fourth studio album “Getting Killed.”

It’s a trip.

Jazzy, flashy, angry, chill, shouty, introspective, atmospheric, “Getting Killed” is a lot of things but certainly never boring. From the thrilling “Trinidad” with its “there’s a bug in my car” refrain to the subdued pop masterpiece “Cobra” to the slinky jangle of “Husbands,” Winter and co. show tremendous, homespun range.

Like Cindy Lee’s lo-fi 2024 gem “Diamond Jubilee,” the album is one that is destined for not only multiple listens but a few hundred over the course of your lifetime. What an absolute treat.

Haven’t checked it out yet? Fix that right now and click here to listen to “Getting Killed” ASAP (especially the longing, lovely “Au Pays du Cocaine” that sounds like it came from both 1971 and 1993 if that makes sense).

Huge indie bands on tour in 2026

While no act may be quite as vital as Geese at the moment, here are five with slightly similar sensibilities you won’t want to miss live these next few months.

• The Strokes

• The Format

• The Last Dinner Party

• Mac DeMarco

• Ratboys
