Former Fox Sports host Joy Taylor is no stranger to being in high-profile relationships.
But it was a relationship Taylor had before entering the sports commentary space that had the most drama, which she detailed during her appearance on a recent episode of NFL legend Terrell Owens’ “Get TO to the Point” show.
“I was financially supporting a boyfriend. He’s on the couch, playing video games, and it has been going on for like a month now, because I was like, ‘Don’t worry about it, I got the bills,’” Taylor said.
“What did I get for that? I’m like, ‘Alright, look: it has been a while. We’ve got to get a job. So, here’s some money. Go get a drink, clear your head.
“So, he goes out, and cheats on me with a stripper, with the money I gave him. I found out, as women do… So I asked him about it, and he was like, ‘That’s not true. We’ll go out there right now!’”
Taylor said she wasn’t about to go to the strip club with him.
Instead, she, “Took everything and left. It was all my s–t anyway because obviously I was paying for everything.”
Taylor has a history of dating athletes.
She was married to former professional baseball player Richard Giannotti from 2016-’17
Taylor then announced her engagement to longtime NBA guard Earl Watson in Sept. 2018 before the couple split in Jan. 2020.
Taylor, 39, is currently single and recently launched a new podcast, “The Daily Play.”
Taylor left Fox Sports in 2025 after being included in a harassment lawsuit by hairstylist Noushin Faraj.
