Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top are going on tour in 2023. We found tickets.

If you’ve always wanted to sing along to “Sweet Home Alabama” and “La Grange” on the same night, you’re in luck next year.

From July 21 through Sept. 17, Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top are hitting amphitheaters, pavilions and arenas as part of their 23-concert “The Sharp Dressed Simple Man Tour.”

On the run, both Rock and Roll Hall of Fame groups will be celebrating half-century milestones.

Lynyrd’s Skynyrd’s seminal debut album “Pronounced ‘Lĕh-‘Nérd ‘Skin-‘Nérd’” and ZZ Top’s “Tres Hombres” both turn 50-years-old in 2023.

And while they won’t drop into the Big Apple to commemorate the historic occasion, the duo will come close to the City that Never Sleeps near the end of the tour.

Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top are giggin’ at Holmdel, NJ’s PNC Bank Arts Center on Sept. 10 and a week later, they’ll wrap up the tour on Sept. 17 at Camden, NJ’s Freedom Mortgage Pavilion.

Now, if you’re as excited as we are to hear “Free Bird” live and see what ZZ Top’s beards look like now and can’t wait until tickets officially go on sale, you can grab tix for the show closest to you as early as today.

While inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster to the general public until Friday, Dec. 16, folks who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can go ahead and purchase on Vivid Seats before seats are officially on sale.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

All that being said, there’s a lot more to know about the tour.

Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top opening act

Before the headliners take the stage, audiences will be treated to a performance from Uncle Kracker.

You may remember the Southern-fried singer-songwriter from his early-aughts breakout hits like “Follow Me” and “Drift Away,” but he’s been going hard releasing new music as recently as this year.

If you’re jonesing for some Uncle Kracker or just want to hear what he sounds like these days, check out his 2022 single “Smile” featuring Positive Vibrations.

Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top set list

In 2022, Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top conducted solo headlining tours of their own.

Skynyrd shows are typically comprised of 10-15 songs and include the occasional AC/DC cover along with all the hits they’re known for like “Tuesday’s Gone,” “Sweet Home Alabama” and, of course, “Free Bird.”

As for ZZ Top, expect all the classics you know and love— “Tush,” “Legs, “La Grange”— and some surprising covers from Billy Gibbons and co. too.
