One of the alleged assailants of former NHL tough guy and hockey broadcaster Paul Bissonnette denied any involvement in the incident when police officers approached him following the November altercation.

Sean Daley denied knowing anything about what officers were talking about after they tracked him down 2 miles down the road from where he and five other men are alleged to have assaulted Bissonnette outside Houston’s restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona on Nov. 24.

Bissonnette was hospitalized from the incident, which resulted in the arrests of Henry Mesker, John Carroll, William Carroll, Danny Bradley, Edward Jennings and Daley.

Body camera footage released Tuesday and published by TMZ revealed the moment police tracked down Daley and questioned him over the alleged assault.

Daley expressed surprise when officers approached and detained him while he was walking on a sidewalk outside Caesars Republic Hotel.

“Me?” he asked with a confused look on his face as officers placed him in cuffs and told Daley he was being detained.

After Daley was read his rights, officers began questioning him about his role in the assault on Bissonnette, but the man was coy with his responses.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Daley responded when one officer asked what happened at Houston’s.

“So you didn’t get into a fight with a bunch of other people?” the officer asks.

“No, sir,” Daley answered with Christmas music playing in the background.

“Sir, I can just tell you that I have no idea what you’re talking about,” he said after further questioning.

Daley claimed he had come from Cake Nightclub but couldn’t give a timeframe that he was there.

He went quiet when officers told him they had security video footage of him involved in the altercation.

“Sir, I just want to go home,” he finally said after breaking his silence.

Daley was indicted last week by a grand jury on one felony count of aggravated assault and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

“Sean Daley didn’t even have to show up in person for his court date today. None of them did,” Bissonnette posted on X with Daley’s arrest video. “This is the one who tried to kick a 50 yarder with my brain. Just a dumb cousin f–ker. He’ll get his.”

Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell said as part of a statement that Daley was indicted “for engaging in violent and disruptive behavior and causing injury to Paul Bissonnette while his capacity to resist was impaired.”

Felony charges for Bradley, Mesker, and Carroll are being referred to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, 12News reported.

Bissonnette allegedly ended up in a brawl with the men after he stepped in to try and defend the restaurant staff as he said the group had been getting in the face of one of the managers.

The brawl started in the restaurant and ended up in the parking lot outside the restaurant.
