I paid $450 to see Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras’ tour — only to be puked on and ignored

Her only option was to “shake it off.”

A woman is commiserating with millions of music fans after revealing that someone had puked on her during a concert for Taylor Swift’s ongoing “Eras” tour at Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts.

Maria Santora, 28, claimed in a TikTok video on Sunday that she had the “worst” solo experience at the tour after the girl standing next to her vomited on the woman in the middle of the show.

“I’m devastated. I was alone with no one to help me at #theerastour,” she wrote in a caption to the clip, now with 866,000 views.

According to the North Carolina native, she knew there was trouble when the girl “froze up” at the end of Swift’s “Folklore” set.

“Unfortunately for her, and for me, she didn’t really have anywhere to go when she started getting sick, so she got sick on me,” recalled the Santora. “I had puke on my face, in my hair all over my clothes.”

The freelance sports reporter attempted to ask security for towels and help cleaning herself but the guards were impassive.

“I had ran to the back of the floor to try and get napkins from the food area,” continued Santora. “There were no napkins left. So I’m standing there crying and begging for security to find me some sort of towel so I can just clean up.”

Sadly, her situation went from bad to worse when another security guard started screaming at the crying Santora saying that she wasn’t allowed to be in the aisle during the show.

“I’m crying like I can’t go back to my seat there’s throw-up on my seat. And he’s like, well then go clean it but you’re not allowed to be in the tape,” states the bewildered woman. “And I was like, I’d love to clean it. I’d love to clean myself off but I don’t know where to get towels. I don’t know where to get paper towels. I don’t know what to do.”

Santora goes on to explain that while she is attempting to clean herself up, the die-hard Taylor fan missed a “good chunk of the show” including the entirety of the 33-year-old singer’s “1989” set.

“To miss an era … approximately six to seven songs is devastating,” claimed Santora. “It just is.”

The woman made it very clear to viewers that she does not blame the girl for getting sick.

“It’s such a hard environment to be in,” explains the TikToker. “You’re standing for Taylor alone for three hours. You’re in a sea of people. You’re not really getting a lot of water. You’re not really eating a lot so I’m not upset that she got sick.”

“But I am upset that when I needed help. Nobody knew how to help me,” she continued. “People were just kind of staring at me and passing me off to the next person.”

Santora said the cherry on top of the horrible experience was when she attempted to exchange her puke-stained Taylor Swift sweatshirt for a new one after being told that the merch stand would honor the exchange.

“I went to merchandise at the end of the show and they said we’re not taking your sweatshirt,” said Santora, explaining that they refused the swap because they couldn’t “sell yours and make a profit off it anymore.”

The woman was finally able to get rid of the yak after a couple sitting next to her wiped her down with their own clothes.

“I don’t want to sound like a brat because I know I’m so fortunate to have been there and I did also get to go to Philly the week prior,” stated Santora. “But when you drive from North Carolina up to Boston and you spend money on tickets and hotels and parking and everything else, and the only way you ever get clean is because the couple next to you uses their own clothes to wipe you down.”

“It sucks and I just hate that security screamed at me rather than helped me out,” she finished.

The Post reached out to Santora and Gillette Stadium for comment.

Several TikTok users commented in disgust at the situation.

“As someone with emetophobia, I would’ve actually died or fought with the girl,” commented one user.

“Literally that is so bad … like bodily fluids should be taken care of asap,” said a second user.

“You’re better than me I would definitely blame the girl,” stated a third.

Other users tagged Taylor Swift and the tour’s official TikTok account and demanded the woman get a free ticket.

This is not the first time a venue’s security has caused trouble during Swift’s show.

The “Anti-Hero” singer reportedly gave a fan free tickets to her show in Philadelphia after being harassed by security.

Another woman claimed that she felt like she was about to be “another Travis Scott fatality” after hundreds of concert-goers were held by Nissan Stadium security personnel in one room after the Nashville leg of the tour was delayed due to inclement weather.
