Jodie Turner-Smith has filed for divorce from Joshua Jackson, TMZ reports.
According to court documents, the model and actress is asking for joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Janie.
The British star cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split. Their date of separation was listed as September 13.
Additionally, Turner-Smith doesn’t want spousal support to be part of the discussion. The estranged couple also had a prenup in place.
