Baby, fry, fry, fry.
*NSYNC recently reunited to release their first song in more than two decades, “Better Place,” and now, Joey Fatone is revealing how the 2000’s heartthrobs have transformed into esteemed gentlemen.
“There’s more depth to the conversation. Let’s go there,” Fatone, 46, told The Post on Monday of his formerly spiky, frosted-tipped counterparts’ more mischievous days. “It’s not just, ‘What are we doing tonight?’”
“…We don’t talk about sex, drugs, and rock ‘n’ roll anymore. It’s more like ‘dude, look at the air fryer there. Oh, my gosh! It’s got two drawers, it’s unbelievable,” he said of Justin Timberlake, 42, JC Chasez, 47, Lance Bass, 44, and Chris Kirkpatrick, 51.
“’Oh, you know what I did yesterday? I got my car washed, and the tires are looking amazing,’” he added, offering another example.
“That is the stupidest thing, but it is so true,” Fatone admitted. “Like, ‘Oh, my gosh, my bed! I got this jet — this thing that flows up and it makes it cool. I’m excited about that.’ I’m not like, ‘Hey, man, let’s go out tonight. Let’s go party.’ No.”
The “Dancing With the Stars” Season 4 runner-up shares two daughters, Briahna, 22, and Kloey, 13, with his ex-wife Kelly Baldwin.
He’s dated his girlfriend Izabel Araujo since 2014.
Rumors of an *NSYNC reunion tour have been brewing since the band’s most recent endeavors, and while Fatone claims nothing is officially in the works, he does recognize that a tour would be a family affair.
“I’d definitely have my kids with me 100 percent. They’ve never seen something like [that], and I’d love for them to experience it, at least for a week, a month, two — I don’t care. I’ll get a tutor, whatever. But come on out,” he said.
He continued, “Who gets to experience those things? It’s very rare that people get to experience something at that kind of magnitude. So, let’s go. Let’s try to figure this out.”
But Fatone admits that thousands of screaming fans at new *NSYNC shows still wouldn’t win him cool dad points.
“I will probably still be a dork to my kids, 100 percent,” he laughed.
“My oldest one saw when we did Coachella with Ariana Grande, so that was the four of us, and that was interesting for her to see,” he said of *NSYNC, sans Timberlake, surprising fans in the desert in 2019.
“She was like, ‘That was weird,’ and I said, ‘What do you mean?’” Fatone recalled of Briahna’s feedback.
“‘Because you were jumping around and dancing and singing,’” she said. “‘I don’t normally see you like that. I mean, I’ve seen you, but not like that.’”
While *NSYNC’s future remains unclear, Fatone is embarking on Heluva Good!’s No Team Required Tailgate tour.
Fatone will attend Thursday’s event at Wicked Wolf in Hoboken, where attendees can sample dips and win prizes, including coupons and a gift card to attend a football game of their choice.
The tour will also stop at Austin, Charleston, and Raleigh this month.
Heluva Good! will donate $25 for every person who attends, up to $5,000 per city.
