Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are expecting a little bundle of joy.
Fox, 38, revealed she is pregnant with her fourth child on Monday with a slick Instagram post, posing naked covered in what appeared to be black oil as she cradles her baby bump in the first of two photos.
Fox captioned the post, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back 👼🏼❤️.”
The “Jennifer’s Body” star tagged her on-again, off-again fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly. The pair got engaged in January 2022 but called things off in March.
Fox also included a second photo, a black-and-white snap of a positive pregnancy test, in her post.
It’s unclear when — or if — Fox and MGK, a k a Colson Baker, got back together.
Comments on the post were limited, and the post was the only one on her grid.
The pregnancy announcement marks the star’s return to Instagram after she wiped her account in May ahead of her birthday. She also unfollowed all accounts she previously followed. With 21.5 million followers, the “Transformers” star still does not follow anyone on the social media platform.
Fox has three children with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green: Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7.
MGK is also already a parent. The rapper is father to daughter Cassie, 15, whom he shares with his former girlfriend, Emma Cannon.
Fox and MGK began dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of the movie “Midnight in the Switchgrass,” in which Fox plays an FBI agent and MGK, a low-level pimp.
Kelly proposed two years later.
Four months after the pair announced their engagement, while onstage at the Billboard Music Awards in May MGK suggested that Fox had recently suffered a miscarriage, dedicating his performance to their “unborn child.”
Fox confirmed the miscarriage in November 2023 with the release of her poetry book, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.”
In an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, the star said the miscarriage was “difficult” to process.
“This miscarriage [was] really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and a lot of suffering,” she shared.
Fox’s also revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage before, telling the outlet that she “had an ectopic pregnancy … when [she] was younger.”
The experience made her wonder why her most recent loss was “so difficult” and “much harder” to process.
In March, Fox confirmed she and MGK ended their engagement at some point in 2023 but added that she and the rapper will always have a connection.
“There will always be a tether to him no matter what. I can’t say what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow,” the actress told Alex Cooper on her “Call Her Daddy” podcast.
Though their relationship status remains unclear, Fox and MGK have been seen looking cozy together the past few months, dancing at the Stagecoach music festival in April and sticking by each other at Michael Rubin’s white party two months later.
The pair also sparked rumors that Fox was expecting when she appeared to be pregnant in MGK’s “Lonely Road” music video.
Most recently, Fox and MGK were seen stepping out to attend Kendall Jenner’s annual Halloween party in Los Angeles on Oct. 31. The couple dressed as Padmé Amidala and Anakin Skywalker from Episodes 1, 2 and 3 of the “Star Wars” series.
