Miranda Lambert fans walk out of her concert after she shames selfie takers

Fans thought Lambert was “Actin’ Up” for no reason.

Miranda Lambert stirred up controversy during her Las Vegas residency when she stopped mid-show to chastise a group of women who were reportedly taking selfies during one of her more emotional songs.

According to a TikTok video posted Sunday, which has received 909,000 views, Lambert, 39, was just a few bars into her song “Tin Man” when she spotted the seemingly rude concertgoers.

It was then the “White Liar” singer brought the show to a screeching halt.

“I’m gonna stop right here for a second, I’m sorry,” Lambert said to her pianist. “These girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song.”

“It’s pissing me off a little bit,” continued the songstress. “Sorry, I don’t like it. At all. We’re here to hear some country music tonight. I’m singing some country damn music.”

Enraged by Lambert’s reaction, several fans got up and left the concert in protest, as heard in the audio of social media posts and indicated by reports from multiple music outlets.

“Let’s go — you don’t do that to fans,” one woman can be heard saying to her companions as they filed out of their seats.

Meanwhile, several TikTok users slammed the country star for what the declared rude behavior.

“Miranda didn’t even talk to our Vegas audience between songs hardly,” scolded one TikTok user. “Always in a mood. Fans can enjoy however they want. They paid.”

“Man no wonder Blake left her,” joked a second person referencing Lambert’s ex-husband, Blake Shelton, who she divorced in 2015.

“But maybe they were taking the selfies or videos to remember the occasion,” slammed a third fan. “I think she was out of line.”

Other social media users, however, agreed with Lambert.

“There’s all the time in the world to partake in those activities during her rowdier, more up-tempo numbers but during her sacred ballads just shut up and listen,” defended one fan. “Not exactly asking for much when there’s very few on her setlist.”

” How can you even disrespect ‘Tin Man’ like this,” blasted a second person. “This is one of those songs that have gotten me through the hardest times of my life. Literally. I couldn’t stop crying long enough to even hold my phone if I wanted to.”

“How could anyone talk during ‘Tin Man’? It’s so moving.” said a third.

Lambert’s outburst comes after a string of several rowdy incidents at various concerts.

Several weeks ago, singer-songwriter Bebe Rexha, 33, was injured in New York City by a fan who hurled his phone at her and smacked her in the eye, forcing her to cancel the remainder of her concert and get stitches.

The phone-thrower, identified as 27-year-old Nicolas Malvagna, was later detained by police and charged with assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault and harassment.

Ava Max, 29, sustained an eye injury days later while performing in Los Angeles after a fan managed to get onstage and slap the “Not Your Barbie Girl” singer.

Country singer Kelsea Ballerini, 29, was also attacked on the stage by a fan who chucked a bracelet at the “If You Go Down (I’m Goin’ Down Too)” singer, forcing her to halt the show for a while.

Pop icon Pink also had a few surprises at her own concert while in London.

One die-hard fan gave the incredibly confused singer a bag containing the ashes of the concertgoer’s mother, while another fan decided to gift the singer a wheel of brie cheese.

Lil Nas X, for his part, got an NSFW surprise when a fan hurled a sex toy at him during the rapper’s performance at European Lollapalooza.
