Nick Bosa’s model girlfriend Ella brought runway look to 49ers home opener

The San Francisco 49ers are glad to have Nick Bosa back.

Bosa’s model girlfriend, Ella Ailiff, looked glad to be at Levi’s Stadium for San Francisco’s home debut on Sunday. She posted several photos from the 49ers’ 35-13 win against the Miami Dolphins, including one where she was all smiles walking on the field.

She could be seen sporting a fitted white tank with matching white jeans, along with a black vintage-style 49ers jacket.

Ailiff, who has been dating Bosa since the end of 2025, finished the look with oversized black sunglasses and what looked to be a cream-colored bag.

The 28-year-old edge rusher had three tackles in the team’s dominant 35-13 win against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

While Bosa hasn’t recorded a sack yet this season, he is still a disruptive force that opposing teams must game plan against, which creates opportunities for the 49ers’ other pass rushers.

This is presumably the 49ers first game that Ailiff got to watch Bosa play live. They went official with their relationship after Bosa tore his ACL last season and Ailiff didn’t make the trip to Australia for the 49ers’ season opener against the Los Angeles Rams last week.

But 49ers fans can expect to see a lot more of Ailiff this season.
