NFL legend Tom Brady is celebrating his 49th birthday on Monday, and appears to be taking in the occasion with his three children.
This was shown by several posts Brady has made to his Instagram story on Monday afternoon, one of which showed his kids playing volleyball in the pool on Brady’s yacht.
The post is captioned, “And Vivi Lake ❤️❤️❤️ running the court as volleyball commissioner!!! Watch out @usavolleyball she’s coming! My favorite birthday activity”.
The Las Vegas Raiders’ limited minority owner is referring to his 13-year-old daughter, Vivian (aka Vivi) Lake, who appears to have a bright future ahead of her as a volleyball player.
It’s nice to see Brady taking in this special day alongside his loves ones. Over the weekend, a video of Brady hanging out on his yacht alone went viral, and social media users tried to use it as proof that Brady’s divorce with his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, left him without love.
Instead, it appears that Brady’s three kids (which includes Vivi, his son Jack who was born in 2007, and his younger son Benjamin who was born in 2009) just waited until his actual birthday to hang out with their dad.
Brady has made several other Instagram story posts showing them together, including one that seemingly shows him opening presents from them, even though it’s impossible to see what they got him from the photo.
The post was captioned, “Birthday presents from the best kids in the world ❤️ / (That’s called R.O.I)😂😂,” joking that the investment he has put into his kids has at least brought him cool birthday gifts in return.
Brady also made a more formal Instagram post to celebrate his birthday, which was captioned, “The 40’s farewell tour starts today 😂 It’s not the destination…it’s not the journey…it’s the company ❤️❤️❤️”.
Several of the photos show Brady surfing, which suggests his athletic career still isn’t over, despite almost being 50.
