Rapper Cardi B is giving NFL free agent receiver Stefon Diggs a second chance and “slowly letting him back in” after their February split, according to Us Weekly.

“They’ve been in closer contact lately. Things are no longer contentious,” a source told the outlet, adding that Cardi “is not fully committing” to Diggs at this time.

“She still has love for Stefon, which makes it difficult to walk away.”

The couple’s reported reconciliation comes after Diggs was seen with his arms around the “Outside” rapper’s waist while at a Mother’s Day event, “A Moment for Moms,” hosted by his Diggs Deep Foundation on Saturday.

They welcomed their son last November.

Cardi and Diggs, who made their relationship Instagram official last June, split sometime before this year’s Super Bowl on Feb. 8, when the Seahawks beat the Patriots, 29-13.

She attended the big game and joined Bad Bunny’s halftime performance as a background dancer with actor Pedro Pascal and singer Karol G.

The four-time Pro Bowler was released by the Patriots in March after one season, despite signing a three-year, $69 million contract last spring.

Cardi and Diggs stirred reunion rumors when he attended her Little Miss Drama Tour at Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. on April 8.

Diggs also was seen attending Cardi’s afterparty at Throw Social.

Diggs was found not guilty last Tuesday of felony strangulation and misdemeanor assault and battery charges stemming from an alleged dispute with his former personal chef, Jamila Adams.

The two-day trial took place in Dedham, Mass.

It’s unclear if the seven-year veteran will face discipline from the NFL.

“We have been monitoring all developments in the matter which remains under review of the personal conduct policy,” NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said.
