I ‘sued’ my parents for having me without my permission — now I have kids

She was just kid-ding.

A New Jersey TikToker who joked she “sued” her parents shocked viewers this week when she revealed she actually has kids.

“I thought it was obvious that I was joking,” the Hoboken woman told The Post.

“I do find it humorous, though. People get worked up over anything. It shows how little people research before reacting.”

The TikToker — who goes by “Kass Theaz” and states in her bio that her account is “satire” — went viral last year for declaring she should sue her parents for bringing her into the world without her permission.

So fans were a bit confused this week when she stated she has kids of her own.

In a clip posted Wednesday with over 2.2 million views, the self-described lesbian sits in a car and explains that she had kids the “ethical way” — by adopting them.

“I mentioned in my last video that I went clothes shopping for my children, and a lot of people are shocked to hear that I have children considering I sued my parents for having me without my permission,” she begins, claiming she intends to “clarify” some things.

“So my parents that I sued. They contributed to, you know, conceiving me, and my mother that raised me, she gave birth to me. And that’s why I sued them, because I did not consent to being here, like, I was unaware that I was going to have to grow up and get a job to support myself,” Theaz jokes.

Keeping a straight face, she adds: “And I just didn’t consent to that. They didn’t try to contact me in any way before I was born to see if I actually wanted to be here, and that’s why I sued them.”

Theaz then suggests pregnant women hire a psychic medium to ask their unborn child if they “actually want to be here.”

“Otherwise, they will sue you because I’m making that my life mission to teach children to sue their parents, so they don’t have to work,” she insists.

As to how she ended up with her own children, Theaz claims adopting kids is “different” than giving birth to them.

“It’s different when you adopt because it’s not my fault that they’re here. I’m just trying to be a good person and help them out. You know what I mean?” she deadpans.

Over 17,600 people commented on the video — and many did not understand Theaz’s account is satire.

“Someone let you adopt?” one person asked.

“10,000,000 facepalms,” another user added.

“I wish my children would sue me. Because I in return would sue them for all the money I had to put out over the years. Lol, I have seen it all,” someone proclaimed.

“Me in the comments trying to figure if this is legit,” another admitted.

“I’m pregnant and my baby has told me they’re so excited to pop out,” one person declared.

“Congrats!” Theaz replied.

However, some people were in on the joke.

One applauded: “How do you do this with a straight face? You’re hysterical!!”

“The fact that your account says Satire Account and everybody’s asking if your joking or not,” another wrote with several crying-laughing emojis.
