Cavinder twins give inside look at their health habits in candid video

The Cavinder twins don’t mess around when it comes to their healthy lifestyle.

In a YouTube video published Sunday, Haley and Hanna Cavinder — the TikTok stars who became top NIL earners while playing basketball at the University of Miami — gave fans a candid look at their everyday regimen, including what they eat in a day and their workout routines.

Haley and Hanna start their day with 40 ounces of water and an energy drink from Bucked Up — the company they partnered with to make their own energy drink, which has yet to be released.

For breakfast, the 22-year-old sisters opt for “proats,” a.k.a. protein oatmeal with blueberries and American Dream nut butter, which is weighed on a food scale, or an egg white and guacamole sandwich on whole wheat bread.

If they’re out, Haley and Hanna will order black cold brew and add their own creamers at home.

They also use Nut Pods oat creamer and drink their daily greens with water.

The siblings, who signed NIL deals with WWE in 2021, said breakfast foods are their favorite to eat throughout the day.

As an early snack, the Cavinders typically choose from a variety of options: a bowl of Three Wishes cereal; a greek yogurt fruit bowl; a cinnamon raisin English muffin with peanut butter or egg whites, sausage and syrup (which is their version of a McDonald’s McGriddle).

When they’re ready for lunch, it’s typically Greek yogurt ranch dip with chicken on whole wheat bread or a salad.

As a pre-dinner snack, the University of Miami alumnas will have homemade protein ice cream with peanut butter and fruit.

Turkey burger tacos or Farm to Fork meal prep dishes are usually on the menu for dinner.

Haley and Hanna also hit the gym multiple times a day, which can vary depending on what body part they’re targeting.

Their lift sessions are always separate from their cardio routine.

The Cavinders’ workout programs are all designed by Kathryne Padgett, a Dallas-based fitness professional who dated Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez in 2022.

In January, Haley and Hanna sought guidance from Padgett about their relationship with food, which Padgett described in a June video as “bad” and “restrictive.”

The sisters shared the video on their joint Instagram page, revealing that they were dealing with an eating disorder, anorexia nervosa.

Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder characterized by an abnormally low body weight, an intense fear of gaining weight and a distorted perception of weight, according to the Mayo Clinic.

“We want to share our story in hopes of bringing light to those silently fighting,” the sisters wrote on Instagram on June 2, which is World Eating Disorder Action Day.

The former D-I guards garnered attention earlier this year when they helped the Hurricanes reach their first Elite Eight in program history before their March Madness run ended at the hands of the eventual champion LSU.

The Cavinder twins also made headlines in February when they were involved in the NCAA’s first NIL infractions ruling, though they were not sanctioned.
