Confidence is key.
Meghan Markle has settled into her life as a wife to her husband Prince Harry and as a mother to her kids, Archie and Lilibet.
Body language expert Darren Stanton has claimed that the former “Suits” star, who will turn 42 on Aug. 4, is finally “truly happy” with her family and professional endeavors.
Stanton revealed to the Mirror that he believes she has enough grit and courage to attend events without the Duke of Sussex, 38.
“Meghan Markle has always been a very confident woman. During her career as an actress, she had to be confident in order to get to where she got to,” he explained.
He noted that while there were “dips” in her confidence level when she first arrived in the United Kingdom and married Harry in 2018, she has always “remained confident.”
The Duchess of Sussex had to “develop her own identity” after her marriage and the birth of her two kids.
“Obviously, she would never have been attending royal events had she not been with Prince Harry, so I think she’s had to develop a whole new level of confidence,” Stanton said.
The professional added that even though Harry and Markle don’t always stick together like glue, they have a “greater” degree of “confidence, rapport, trust and a deep connection within their relationship.”
“While the pair are happy to have their own solo ventures, when they do get together, we do see sparks flying between them,” Stanton said.
“It’s apparent that Harry is besotted with Meghan. Purely from the way he looks at her proves that he has found his Princess — likewise with Meghan,” he went on. “She reciprocates Harry’s emotions in lots of different ways, such as touching his arm or back in public. These are clear tell-tale signs of conveying the emotion of love and admiration.”
Both the Invictus Games founder and the former actress have gone their separate ways to pursue independent projects in the past.
Markle hosted her “Archetypes” podcast recently; however, the show has not been renewed for a second season.
Harry published his 400-page memoir titled “Spare,” this past January, dropping details about his rift with the royal family.
The couple has been feuding with members of the family for several years, following the pair’s exit in 2020.
But the two seem to be ready to move on, as Markle is taking a “much softer approach” to the drama.
“The situation with his father and brother is still very difficult for him,” an unidentified source told People recently.
“Meghan is always supportive of it though. She used to be negative about it. It seems she has kind of moved on now.”
The insider continued: “They have moved continents. They have set up a new life with their kids.”
