Mom shares X-rated find in kids’ bathroom aisle: ‘Great little gift until you turn it around’

Mom Kristy* was walking around the kids’ section in Kmart when she stumbled across a shower foam and bath sponge set that caught her eye.

However, on closer inspection, she realized the sponge was accidentally X-rated and took to a popular Facebook group to share the hilarious mistake.

“Great little gift until you turn it around”

Alongside photos of the Whip It Up Whipped Shower Foam and Bath Sponge Set – Very Cherry, $10, Kristy wrote, “Great little gift until you turn it around.”

In the first photo, you can see the shower set from the front, featuring a red and pink cherry-shaped sponge.

However, in the second photo, taken of the back of the packaging, the cherry looks like something more, er, phallic.

I’ll just come out and say it.

It looks like… a big old peen — albeit a tad wonky.

According to the Kmart website, it’s meant to be “gently massaged all over the body” and will make shower time “a whole lot sweeter.”

“They knew exactly what they were doing”

“You really have to wonder if they did this on purpose,” wrote one commenter on the Facebook Hacks and Decor page.

“They knew exactly what they were doing,” agreed a second.

“That’s hilarious!” wrote someone else, while another added, “Someone in the buying department has a good sense of humor.”

“It even has Whip It Up cream with it!” a different user astutely pointed out.

“No complaints here! 😅” one woman quipped.

Then this person added, “Hoping there’s no Karens that complain, they’ll take it off the shelves.”

“Perfect for work Kris Kringle”

Amongst all the joking, some commenters said they were actually keen on buying one of the gift packs.

“I’m gonna get one for my mom and mother-in-law,” one woman revealed.

Another said, “Great gifts for the kids’ teachers! Give them a little giggle.”

Then this person suggested, “It would be perfect for the work Kris Kringle.”

“Did someone say stocking ‘stuffer’? 😉” someone else concluded.
