The important thing is doing it – putting on the sneakers, laying the mat, jumping on the bike and doing it. If you’re only good for five minutes, it’s better than no minutes at all, and you can do 10 minutes tomorrow. Or four minutes tomorrow and seven minutes on Wednesday — as Beth puts it, “Just go to the gym and do something.”
