‘And Just Like That’: New details announced ahead of Season 2 finale

And just like that…there will be even more Che Diaz on your TV screen.

The “Sex and the City” spinoff show “And Just Like That” has been renewed for a Season 3 on Max.

The show follows “Sex and the City” friends Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they navigate life and love in their 50s – notably sans the fourth member of the gang, Samantha (Kim Cattrall), since Cattrall is rumored to be feuding with the other cast members behind the scenes. But, Parker has denied rumors and previously told The Post, “I don’t have a disagreement with Kim [Cattrall], there’s no catfight.”

Cattrall will still appear in a cameo at the end of Season 2, which is currently airing.

Davis, 56, told The Sunday Times that it’s been jarring to be in the spotlight for aging on camera.

“Everyone wants to comment, pro or nay or whatever, on our hair and our faces and our this and our that. The level of intensity of it was a shock.”

Max stated that “And Just Like That” is the most-watched series on the platform.

The show has also added a slew of new characters, such as controversial queer nonbinary podcaster comedian Che Diaz (Sara Ramirez), who had an ill-fated fling with Miranda and quickly became fans’ most hated character. There’s also Lisa Todd Wexley (Nicole Ari Parker), Seema Patel (Sarita Choudhury) and Dr. Nya Wallace (Karen Pittman).

The show has made some big earthquakes in the “Sex and the City” universe, most notably killing off Carrie’s longtime flame, Mr. Big (amid real-life allegations against star Chris Noth). It also brought back Carrie’s other old boyfriend, Aidan Shaw (John Corbett), with whom Carrie has moved to a lavish new apartment.

“And Just Like That” has also included some bizarre plot turns, such as making Stanford (the late Willie Garson) a monk, and Carrie throwing a dinner party where she invites both Miranda and Che, despite Che mocking their relationship with Miranda onstage in their standup.

Season 2 is currently airing, and it will end on Thursday, Aug. 24, with a hotly anticipated cameo from Kim Cattrall.

“We are thrilled to spend more time in the ‘Sex And The City’ universe telling new stories about the lives of these relatable and aspirational characters played by these amazing actors,”  executive producer Michael Patrick King said in a statement announcing the news.
