Annabelle Ham’s body was dragged from water off coast of Alabama: coroner


Social media star Annabelle Ham was pulled from an Alabama bay and pronounced dead on Saturday, according to a Baldwin County Coroner’s Office report obtained by The Post.

The 22-year-old college student and lifestyle content creator was discovered in the waters of Mobile Bay in Fairhope, Alabama on July 15.

The Coroner’s Office responded to the scene, according to the report, and Annabelle was transported to the Alabama Department of Forensics, Mobile Lab, for an autopsy, but an official cause of death has yet to be revealed.

The Post has reached out to the Fairhope Police Department for further comment.

Annabelle was known for her lifestyle content as a college student at Kennesaw State University, racking up thousands of followers and subscribers across her multiple platforms.

On Tuesday, the influencer’s sister, Alexandria, told The Post in a message that Annabelle had “struggled with epilepsy for a while” and had “experienced an epileptic episode.”

An official cause of death has not been released yet, but her sister, Alexandria, told The Post the young content creator had struggled with epilepsy for some time.

“Honestly — she was just all that’s good in this world. She was the life of the party, a spark-plug, she loved everyone she met and everyone loved her too,” Alexandria continued.

“She was always so happy and looked for ways to make every day, situation, or outing better. There really aren’t adequate words for how good she was.”

The Ham family took to Annabelle’s Instagram account to announce the news of her passing to her more than 76,000 followers.

“This is Annabelle’s family. We’re writing this with heavy, heavy hearts,” they wrote. “Annabelle experienced an epileptic event and has gone on to the gates of heaven.”

They revealed that the late content creator had struggled with epilepsy “for a long time and wanted to raise awareness for it,” which her family intends to continue in her honor.

“Annabelle was beautiful and inspiring and lived life to the fullest. Everyone she met was inspired by her energy and the light inside her soul that shined so bright,” they wrote. “She was, and will forever be, so so loved.”

The Ham family requested prayers and privacy as they grieve the loss of their loved one, and urged Annabelle’s fans to not “post or spread speculation or details that are unfounded.”

“There will be a time to share more details and to go deeper into her life. Her accounts will be used to share what she went through and the joys she brought to all of us,” they wrote. “Unnecessary comments only serve to hurt us all, this is a time for remembrance and mourning.”

The tragic announcement follows the confirmation of Annabelle’s death by her two sisters, Amelia and Alexandria, as condolences poured in from Annabelle’s sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, and her many followers online.

“Sometimes I don’t understand why god does things but, i can’t even put into words how hard this is,” Amelia wrote, in part. “You would never think something like this would or could happen to you until it does.”

Amelia described her beloved sister as “amazing,” “sweet” and “such a good sister.”

“She was so sweet, so pretty with the most bluest eyes ever, she was always happy and lighted up every room. but god was ready for her,” she continued.

“I know she always wanted to live life to the fullest, that’s what we have to do now. and i know she is dancing around in heaven right now. i can’t wait to give u a big hug one day.”
