I cut off my nose to be different — some call me ‘Satan’ but only God can judge

A Brazilian body modification enthusiast has been dubbed “the devil” after horrifying followers with his latest act of self-mutilation.

Fernando Franco de Oliveira, who hails from São Paulo, first started altering his appearance more than two decades ago and now boasts a forked tongue, tattooed eyes, and “vampire teeth.”

But some say the tattoo artist went too far after he recently took a soldering iron to the right side of his face in order to leave thick scars stretching from his forehead to his chin.

De Oliveira shared a video showing off his latest body modification on Instagram — but it has since been removed, possibly due to concerned users reporting the shocking footage.

“This is the devil!” one sickened social media user commented, according to NeedToKnow.co.uk.

Another described the Brazilian as “Satan” beneath the clip, which clocked up more than 51,000 views before its mysterious deletion.

“I’ve always wanted to be different from society, so I started developing my modifications in 2000,” de Oliveira told NeedToKnow.co.uk about the beginnings of his physical transformation.

“That is I started getting tattoos on my body, and by 2014, I was completely covered,” he continued, claiming that he is now “the world’s most tattooed man.”

De Oliveira even has his eyeballs inked, which was one of the first extreme forms of mutilation he attempted.

“I started by tattooing my eyes, then came the implants, ear mutilations, had my nose cut off, put in my vampire teeth, and now, I have my scars,” he proudly proclaimed.

Despite attracting online criticism, the tattoo artist says most people react positively to his shocking appearance.

“When I go out on the street, I’d say 70% of people think I’m amazing and my modifications are incredible. I have fans ask to take pictures with me too!” de Oliveira enthused.

“I’ve always wanted to be different from society, so I started developing my modifications in 2000,” de Oliveira explained. He is pictured prior to his transformation.

“The other 30% look at me quite strangely, some call me Satan, demon, and some even say I’m going to hell,” he admitted.

However, the body modification enthusiast clapped back against those critics, declaring: “I believe the people who judge me are ignorant and foolish people, because the only one in the universe who can judge, is God.”

De Oliveira has spent more than $30,000 on changes to his appearance since the year 2000, but believes the modifications pay for themselves as he has become a walking billboard for his popular tattoo parlor.

Despite his unique and shocking appearance, de Oliveira isn’t the only Brazilian be described as “the devil” after making changes to his physique.

Michel Faro do Prado has hit headlines after being named “Human Satan” due to the extreme alterations he has made to his appearance, giving de Oliveira some stiff competition in the body modification stakes.
