Five-dollar footlongs from Subway may be a relic of the past, but one TikToker claims sandwich enthusiasts can score one for $6.
Jordan Howlett — or, as he calls himself, “President of the Fast Food Secrets Club” — claimed in a recent video that the promo code FL599 on Subway’s website marks every footlong down to $5.99, no matter its original price.
“Subway forgets to take down discount codes, so they’ll be active for way longer than they should be,” Howlett shared.
The only catch seems to be that hungry customers can only get the deal if they order online at Subway.com — and then go pick it up in-store.
Howlett told The Post on Monday that he has not been contacted by Subway since posting the video.
The Post also contacted the sandwich purveyor for comment.
Howlett’s clip has more than 1 million views and topped 1,400 comments, many from people suggesting Howlett should upgrade himself to the leader of the free world.
“Guess you should run for president now,” one thankful viewer wrote.
“I will now be addressing to you as Mr president,” another echoed.
One wrote with the saluting emoji: “Mr. President sir.”
Meanwhile, others begged Howlett to find coupon hacks for other favorite eateries.
“I need one for Chipotle friend,” one said.
“Do you have a cold stone secret?” another inquired about the ice cream joint.
One person wondered: “Do you know any Wendy’s secrets?”
“TACO BELL PLEASEE” another screamed.
One old-school user urged online users to check their mailboxes:
“u can find most subway discount codes on the coupons they mail to ur house, and tend to work for a month or two,” they claimed.
