When you’ve gotta go, iguana’s got to go.
A Florida man went to use the bathroom at his home and found an iguana inside the toilet.
“I walked in my bathroom and found Godzilla in my toilet,” said John Riddle, 58, of Hollywood. “He didn’t seem at all pleased and started splashing and hissing at me!”
He removed the brazen creature with a net he uses to clean his pool, according to the Mega Agency.
“I guess I won’t be leaving the door open for the dogs anymore,” he quipped.
Iguanas, which are large lizards, are native to Central America and some eastern Carribean islands, but not Florida. They first arrived in the Sunshine State in the 1960s, and the population is steadily rising.
They are so prevalent there, that when the temperatures go down, the National Weather Service in Miami issues falling iguana advisories.
