I’m the ‘CEO of not dying’ after surviving two cancers and a near-fatal car crash

What are the odds?

At 28, a woman has dodged death three times — surviving a near-fatal car accident and beating terminal cancer twice.

Aria, who did not provide her last name, boasts she’s “cheated” death, detailing the devastating details of her car crash and cancer diagnoses, the latter of which resulted in chemotherapy, radiation and over a dozen surgeries.

“I’ve overcome near-death three times and it’s truly shown me that anything can change in a split second,” Aria, who has crowned herself the “CEO of Not Dying,” told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

The Los Angeles native was first diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma and given five years left to live after experiencing pain under her right arm and believing she had an infection.

Despite entering remission after undergoing chemo, radiation and 16 surgeries, she was later diagnosed with terminal brain cancer during a check-up and was only expected to live for one more year.

After defying her bleak odds for a second time, she celebrated with a road trip — but it quickly went south when she was caught in a horrific accident.

“I had detached my skull from my spine and my occipital bone had shattered into pieces,” Aria said, explaining that she had passed out in the driver’s seat due to a lack of oxygen.

“I had broken all of my ribs on my right side, had no sight or speech initially, and had ripped open my colon, as well as my lower intestine, which caused internal bleeding.”

She had crossed over into oncoming traffic and was discovered by a highway patrol officer, crouched under her steering wheel unresponsive and not breathing, and was rushed to the hospital to reattach her skull to her spine.

There, her life was saved for the third time.

“I had to learn how to walk and talk again, and still, I’m working on things,” she explained. “I’m on an extensive diet to heal my internal organ injuries, eating only simple foods in a step-by-step testing process.”

Aria, who is still experiencing lasting symptoms since her accident, has since re-learned how to drive but is terrified of being a car passenger with other people.

“Of course, my journey has been filled with immense pain and frustration, but it’s given me a new deepened sense of gratitude, that’s helped me pull through,” she said.

After her many brushes with death, Aria is determined to live life to the fullest, saying she’s “a lot less worried about what others think.”

“A ton of friends and family have left my life and it’s made me a lot more precious with who and where I put my energy,” added the musician, who has shared her unbelievable story with her 284,000 followers across TikTok and Instagram.

While she “couldn’t have controlled anything that happened,” she still mourns the time spent sick and injured.
