Men are turning into Barbies after drinking pink shake in new TikTok trend

Barbie is shaking things up!

A pink dessert has people turning themselves into Barbie dolls in the latest viral fast food trend.

Cold Stone Creamery partnered with Mattel and Warner Bros. Studios to introduce the “Pink Cotton Candy” ice cream flavor — just in time for the highly-anticipated release of the “Barbie” movie.

The film premieres on July 21 and Barbie boys and girls are already eating it up with Barbiecore everything including Barbie-foot heels, brunch and now dessert with Cold Stone Creamery’s newest treat.

The ice cream chain recommends incorporating the bright pink ice cream into one of their signature shakes, “Creations” or cakes — but some seem to be getting even more creative on TikTok.

The new sweet treat has gone viral, similar to the McDonald’s Grimace milkshake trend in which TikTokers taste the purple drink and use it in mini horror movie clips, showing themselves passing out or being dragged away by the iconic character.

In the Barbie Cold Stone videos, men are taste-testing the Barbie-inspired shake and instantly swirling into Barbie world.

The TikTokers are first seen wearing casual masculine or neutral clothes while introducing the dessert.

After taking a sip of the sugary shake, the men twirl around or reappear in an outfit straight out of Barbie’s perfectly pink closet.

Of course, most of the videos include Aqua’s iconic “Barbie World” song during the transformation.

The trendy videos originally started on Twitter with the Krispy Kreme Barbie Chiller, a viral clip with 22.5 million views on TikTok, in late June. However, the Cold Stone Creamery Barbie Shake videos have 10.1 million watches on TikTok, according to KnowYourMeme.

“Yas, b–ch, that’s a slay,” TikTok user @whistlin_gasoline said in one of the most popular Barbie Cold Stone Creamery videos.

The video, which has been viewed 2.4 million times in about a week, shows a man standing in front of a blue car in a parking lot wearing a backward cap, black t-shirt, khaki shorts and black sneakers.

As he tastes the drink, he spins around all of a sudden his shirt is pink and tied up, his shorts are rolled up and the car behind him turned pink.

“This is gonna be the next trend,” @sophiapuhach correctly commented.
