One trick that leads to better orgasms in just 2 weeks

Orgasms … we all want them.

In fact, I would go as far as saying it’s my life mission to have as many as I can.

Obviously not with a bunch of guys, preferably just one (plus my battery-operated device for those quiet nights alone) but you know what I mean.

They’re good for all sorts of things.

Like releasing mood-enhancing endorphins and dopamine, relieving pain, stress relief, and improving sleep.

Jana Hocking has revealed one easy way for women to reach an orgasm more often and it can take just two weeks to achieve results.

I’m not saying it’s the elixir to life, but I’m not not saying that.

However, the problem is, and I’m going to be brutally honest with you, they’re not that easy to come by.

Well, unless you’re a guy.

They seem to have no issues at all –shakes fist at the sky.

But we women are a different kettle of fish.

Side note: how the heck did they come up with the term ‘kettle of fish, it shouldn’t make sense, and yet you get what a mean. huh.

Anyway, back to the topic. Orgasms.

They’re hard to reach sometimes. Find yourself in bed with a ‘jackhammer’ or someone with no foreplay ‘game’ and you may as well kiss them goodbye.

So I’m always looking for tips and tricks to make them a little easier to reach.

Sure, there’s a new gadget called ‘The Byron’ that has been a game-changer (do yourself a favor and google it ladies, it comes with my personal guarantee.

Not even #spon just tried and tested) but I feel like it would be rude to bring that bad boy out when I’m having some naked time with my special man-friend.

In fact, I know it is because he told me exactly that.

So in a bid to save his feelings and my libido, I did some digging.

I stumbled across a study that discovered that there’s one specific exercise that will help you reach the big O that’s super easy to do. In fact, I’m doing it right now while I type.

According to the University of Colorado’s Urogynecology department, Kegel exercises can dramatically improve a woman’s sexual experiences.

It’s called ‘Kegel exercises’ and if you’re wondering where you heard that term before, let me refresh your memory.

It was from our favorite character, Samantha, on Sex and the City.

These specifically targeted exercises focus on the pelvic floor area (doesn’t sound very sexy but sticks with me) and this particular zone contributes to sexual function.

Basically, it’s where we get our fanny flutters. It’s also what keeps ‘down there’ as tight as a tiger.

According to the University of Colorado’s Urogynecology department, Kegel exercises can dramatically improve a woman’s sexual experiences.

Their research shows they can improve orgasms and sexual arousal (tick, tick).

They can also help some women relax their pelvic muscles during intercourse, making sex more pleasurable.

And here’s a doozy – a woman can even do Kegels during sex – which will give her partner a nice little surprise.

So how the heck do you do them?

Well, I’m glad you asked, because it’s super easy.

Imagine you are sitting on a marble and tightening your pelvic muscles as if you’re lifting the marble.

Try it for three seconds at a time, then relax for a count of three.

Apparently, the magic number for an orgasmic sex life is doing four sets of 10 kegels a day.

So in the name of science, I did it for two weeks to see if it made a difference.

After doing the ‘kegel exercises’, Hocking said she “felt more tingles down there.”

I even roped in my man-friend to see if he could notice the difference.

Now prepare your drum rolls because the results are in … both of us noticed a vast improvement.

He loved, loved, loved when I performed them during the deed, and I’m not sure if it was a placebo effect, but I swear I felt more tingles down there.

So listen, it certainly can’t hurt to try.

What’s the worst that could happen, you get naked with your special someone and have a jolly good time? You’re welcome.
