We can’t wait to get “Thunderstruck.”
On Monday, Nov. 3, AC/DC announced they’re busting out the schoolboy outfits once again next summer when they take their ‘Power Up Tour’ to stadiums all over North America from July through September.
Late in the U.S. and Canada run, they’re slated to make their sole Tri-state stop when they headline at East Rutherford, NJ’s MetLife Stadium on Friday, Sept. 25.
If you want to be there to see the reckless Aussies rock live, tickets are available for all 17 of their U.S. and Canada concerts.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on seats for any one North American show was $115 including fees on Vivid Seats.
Other gigs have seats starting anywhere from $134 to $270 USD including fees.
Based on our findings at Set List FM, Brian Johnson and Angus Young perform approximately 20-22 songs per concert. That includes stone-cold classics like “T.N.T.,” “Back In Black,” “Highway to Hell,” “You Shook Me All Night Long” and, of course, “Thunderstruck.”
The long-running ensemble also work a track or two from their 2020 album “Power Up,” which shares a name with the tour, into their live shows. However, they know Acca Daccas are there for the hits and don’t shy away from reaching back into their storied catalog.
And, in case you were wondering, the septuagenarian Rock Hall of Famers still bring the goods onstage.
“Johnson [now 78] belted out his famously, strangely raspy vocals — a bit rougher around the edges these days, with some wear and tear,” Cleveland Magazine shared in their emphatic review of a May 2025 ‘Power Up’ concert. “With the exceptions of a few tough or tired moments, the singer was a force throughout the night’s set. In a brief two-song encore, his vocals filled the stadium on ‘T.N.T.’”
Sounds dynamite.

AC/DC new music
Way back in November 2020, AC/DC dropped “POWER UP.”
Their 17th studio album — comprised of 12 raucous, muscular, fist-pumping tracks — fits right in with the band’s unimpeachable canon.
For our money, this album’s guitar-heavy rockers like “Realize,” “Shot In The Dark” and “Wild Reputation” are on par with anthems like “Dirt Deeds Done Dirt Cheap” and “T.N.T.”
This is truly a “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” kind of record and we can’t get enough.
If you want to have your face melted off by the Aussie rockers once again, you can find “POWER UP” here.
