I’m a study expert — here’s a 4-step hack to memorize anything instantly

All-nighters? No more.

Dr. Sarah Rav, an Australian doctor and productivity specialist, revealed a study hack to help people memorize anything within seconds.

She claims the four-step method can eliminate long nights of studying in a 15-second TikTok clip under her handle @sarahrav, with 2.1 million views.

“This memory hack is INSANE! Use it to memorize all your school work INSTANTLY and get ahead,” she adds in her video caption. “It’s scary how well this works.”

The self-proclaimed study expert advises her 1.9 million followers to follow the study hack verbatim for the best results.

“Read it in your head. Read it out loud. Close your eyes & say it out loud from memory,” she unveiled. “Write it down from memory.”

Rav’s followers quickly responded to the viral video with their own study habits.

“1 more thing, Read right before sleep,” one student chimed in. “The speak now cd.”

The doctor replied back saying, “Yesss agree.”

However, some watchers have no interest in memorizing pages worth of information.

“Girl, I have 420 pages of science I can’t be writing all that down,” wrote one person. “For a book of 1600 pages, how is this supposed to work?”

But a few bookworms co-signed the study method.

“I usually do that…..and let me tell y’all….it works,” added another. “This is how I learn lol, but people look weird at me.”

However, Study.org disagrees that the memorization method is effective — especially if someone doesn’t understand the information they are consuming.

“You memorized a dozen verb conjugations for your Spanish exam, thinking you were prepared for any type of question, only to get tripped up over a set of ‘conditional versus subjunctive’ questions on exam day,” the organization wrote. “Such are the dangers of memorizing without understanding.”

Meanwhile, Rav continues to promote her brain-training hacks on social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok. She also offers $40 master classes on KIS Academics for students looking for a space to excel.

“I’ll take you through the lessons I’ve learnt and the tips and tricks I used to turn my grades and my life around,” her master class site reads. “These are techniques I’ve taught my tutoring students to help them change their lifestyles and find fresh and powerful motivation.”
