During this, a stretch should be felt in your body from the feet to the fingers of the hands. Stay in this position for 10 and keep breathing. Now exhale and come back to your starting position. Repeat this asana 10 times.

Dhanurasana

The practice of Dhanurasana can relieve you from the fatigue of the day. By doing this asana, the muscles become strong and you feel relaxed. Bhujangasana
