I had a full-body orgasm like the LA Philharmonic woman—this is what it feels like

They shall overcome.

A regular old orgasm just doesn’t cut it for a growing number of people who say they’ve taught their bodies to experience a more powerful kind of climax.

The pleasure-seekers say they have “full-body orgasms,” described by experts as “especially intense orgasms that feel like they are in every single part of your body.”

The climaxes cause abs to tighten, legs to tingle and fingers to go numb, according to advocates, who also say they can be spiritual, mind-altering experiences.

The phenomenon was thrust into the headlines this week after a female concertgoer purportedly experienced a “loud full-body orgasm” during the LA Philharmonic’s performance of Tchaikovsky’s 5th Symphony.

However, it seems the erotic attendee is in good comepany, with many saying they’ve also experienced one of the extremely intense episodes.

Dr. Laurie Watson, a North Carolina-based sex therapist, told The Post on Tuesday that she frequently experiences the toe-curling natural phenomenon.

‘It is a realization of the pleasure force inside yourself — and you are able to feel God inside your body.’

Leán Bakker, social media star, claims it’s about ‘so much more than sex’

“A full-bodied orgasm requires surrender,” Watson declared, saying time and teasing are important factors if you’re playing with a partner.

Describing her full-body orgasms on a recent episode of her podcast, “Foreplay Radio: Couples & Sex Therapy,” Watson elaborated: “I grew up going to Disneyland… it’s like being on the Mad Hatter ride in your vulva. It’s like your whole vulva is exploding.”

The sexpert said the sensation then expands down into her anus.

“It’s this ticklish feeling that is really great,” she described. “Then it really gets expansive. It’s this balloon of excitement that rises from the top of your pelvis bone to the top of your diaphragm. Then it just shatters through the top of my head… At that point, my body and my soul merge. it’s like I’m in my body and out of my body. “

Watson says she’s been able to experience full-body orgasms even though she’s aged in her 60s.

“As I’ve aged, I’ve learned how to sink into the moment and my own orgasms are markedly more powerful even as my hormones have diminished,” the doctor — who also operates a service named Counseling Near Me — dished.

Sharing her techniques, she told The Post: “Teasing a partner and delaying orgasm while on the brink is a primary way to build a great orgasmic platform. Physiologically, this means loads of start-stop stimulation to reach full vasocongestion or swelling. Mentally, it means making your partner crave release so hard that that it becomes their sole focus.”

“The person orgasming has to let go,” she added. “Particularly, they have to release their pelvic floor so that the orgasm spreads upwards from the root (penis or clitoris) into the pelvis, through the belly and into the chest and limbs.”

However, it’s not only qualified sex therapists who are teaching others how to have more explosive O’s. On TikTok, climaxing content creators are offering their own instructions.

The term “full-body orgasm” has garnered more than half a billion views on the app, when sneaky coded hashtags such as “full body orgs” and “full body orgsms” are taken into account.

Nutritionist @dungubook has clocked up tens of thousands of views teaching men how to have one of the climaxes.

Like Watson, he says it’s all about teasing and timing.

In one video, the British content creator claimed “edging”, or stopping stimulation just before ejaculation, helps achieve a full-body orgasm, as well as kegel exercises, which involve tightening and holding the pelvic floor muscles.

Meanwhile, other TikTokkers say full-body orgasms are more spiritual than sexual.

Content creator Leán Bakker stated in a recent video: “It is so much more than sex. It is realization of self. It is a realization of the pleasure force inside yourself and you are able to feel God inside your body.”

Meanwhile, life coach Lisa May recently went viral describing how she achieved her first “cosmic full body orgasm” without touching her nether regions.

May explained that she experienced the sensation during a breath work class, in which she “worked through her chakras.”

“I felt this rush of pleasure pulsating through my whole body at a cellular level,” May told The Post in an interview on Tuesday.

“There was no sexual component,” she added. “It was just this divine connection and oneness with myself and the life force energy that is within every living being on this planet. I felt my whole body tingling especially my yoni [genital] area.”

While the full-body orgasm wasn’t sexual, May — who works as a a “self-love coach, inner child guide and EFT [Emotional FreedomTechnique] practitioner” — said she could transfer some of the techniques into the bedroom.

“If you’re looking to achieve a full-body orgasm, focus on practices that help cultivate self-awareness, clear out any emotions to help you get into your body, and start a self-pleasure practice,” she advised.

“By being your own divine lover, you start to prep yourself for this kind of orgasm because it’s a reflection of how much love you have for yourself.”
