Super-filling, protein-packed Wendy’s breakfast is going viral — and it’s just 340 calories


Fast food doesn’t always have to be a guilty pleasure.

TikTokker @smallersam_pcos has garnered more than a million followers by sharing the ingenious ways she makes fast food healthier.

In a new viral video, the content creator — who suffers from polycystic ovary syndrome — reveals how she tweaks her breakfast order at Wendy’s to make a meal that’s packed with protein while still relatively low in calories.

The TikTokker orders the bacon, egg and cheese croissant — without the croissant. bread.

She also substitutes Swiss cheese sauce for a slice of real American cheese and adds an extra bacon and an extra egg.

Sam uses the two eggs as the “bread” of her sandwich to create a meal that’s just 340 calories and has 24 grams of protein.

“The Wendy’s app is amazing, it allows you to make so many modifications,” she shared in the video. “So you don’t have to be nervous about asking for no bread and extra bacon, you can just do it online.”

The content creator claims she’s lost 246 pounds simply by overhauling her diet by eating in a calorie deficit.

She says she’s also been aided by the weight loss drug Semaglutide, which she takes she takes to treat her PCOS.

Below the vial video, viewers were happy to hear about this DIY option at Wendy’s, and said they would also be making the modification come breakfast time.

“Another GF [gluten-free] option I didn’t know about! Amazing!” one wrote.

“Perfect for me. I’m gonna try this bestie,” another said.

A third claimed that they had already tried the modified meal after watching Sam’s video, and found it “filling.”

“I love all of your modifications! I’m doing Weight Watchers and these videos have been so helpful for me,” another enthused. “Losing weight doesn’t mean saying no to food!!”
